Custom Product

Custom Products are items that are made to the exact specifications per the customer and are not usable to other customers or to the factory.

• Once an order is placed for a custom product it cannot be cancelled.
• Orders already shipped cannot be returned. 
• Parts will be sent to the customer at no charge to make repairs on defective or damaged items
• If the unit is not repairable then the factory will cover shipping charges in both directions and will make the repair at no charge.
